Q: What is a Home Week?
Club Counselor: Your Home Week is a combination of the resort, unit type and season you own. As an Owner of that property, you have Home Week priority booking, which means you can book your vacation up to 12 months in advance.
During this Club Reservation window, the only other people booking vacations at your Home Resort are Owners like you. So, you’ll be sure to find the perfect accommodations.
Q: How do I know when my Home Week is?
Club Counselor: Log in to the Club Member website and scroll down on the dashboard to find your Home Week. You’ll also see if your booking window is open.
Q: Can I book a different unit on my property?
Club Counselor: If you want to book a larger or smaller unit at your Home Resort, you can do so during the standard Club Reservation window. This window typically opens nine months prior to your desired check-out day, depending on the resort. So, choose the vacation experience you want. Whether it’s your Home Week or not, we’ll help make it happen.
Q: Do I have to stay at my Home Resort every year?
Club Counselor: Not at all. That’s the beauty of Club membership. You aren’t tied to your Home Resort for every vacation.
